The testing device comprises a power driving system, a stator blade adjusting system, a support system, a tool system and a testing system, testing shaft holes are formed in the outer portion of a casing and a stator inner ring, the crown portion and the root portion of a blade are inserted into the shaft holes, corresponding to the stator inner ring, in the outer portion of the casing, the stator inner ring is connected with a cushion block, and the stator inner ring can slide in a sliding groove of the cushion block.
