Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a self-neutralization radio frequency ion thruster ignition system which comprises an air inlet channel, an electromagnetic valve, a radio frequency coil, an ionization chamber, a screen grid and an acceleration grid. Two ends of the radio frequency coil are connected with a 2.0 MHz radio frequency power supply for maintaining inductive coupling discharge of the working medium gas in the ionization chamber; the screen grid is connected with a 13.56 MHz radio frequency power supply, the acceleration grid is grounded and used for providing energy needed in the ignition process, and plasma is led out after the thruster works normally. The gas suffocation process time can be greatly shortened, and the ignition time efficiency is improved. The problem of breakdown of the radio frequency connector caused by direct-current high voltage can be avoided. The ignition device is high in ignition reliability. The method does not damage the surface of the grid electrode. The invention does not relate |
