Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for automatically adjusting the temperature of an evaporative cooler, which comprises the following steps of: (1) capturing high-temperature gas generated in the smelting process of a converter by a movable smoke hood, and cooling the high-temperature gas to 900-1000 DEG C from 1400-1600 DEG C through an evaporative cooling flue; and (2) secondary cooling is carried out through an evaporative cooler, and in the process, automatic temperature control is achieved by adjusting a pneumatic cut-off valve and a water flow adjusting valve according to different stages of converter blowing and the temperature difference between the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the evaporative cooler. By optimizing the program of the gas-water regulating valve of the evaporative cooler, stable control over the temperature of high-temperature flue gas is achieved, and the effects that the temperature can be reasonably controlled, and water and gas can be well utilized are achieved.
