Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a screening method of hybridoma cell strains, which comprises the following steps: carrying out cell fusion through a polyethylene glycol method, and subpackaging in four 96-well plates; before hybridoma cell detection, full liquid change is carried out, and ELISA detection is carried out after the hybridoma cell turns yellow; when the hybridoma cells with positive detection results are subcloned, the hybridoma cells are only subpackaged in two rows, namely 24 small holes, in a 96-hole cell plate, and 1-2 cells are arranged in each hole instead of being subcloned in a conventional manner that one cell is arranged in each hole; and obtaining the hybridoma cell strain. According to the screening method of the hybridoma cell strains, more than 20 hybridoma cell strains capable of stably secreting antibodies can be obtained within 8 months, and the time for screening and preparing monoclone can be shortened to 1/2-2/3 of the original time.
