The invention provides a water-based three-proofing coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The water-based three-proofing coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75-85 parts of a water-based polyurethane emulsion, 12-15 parts of a water-based film-forming agent, 2-3 parts of a silane compound aqueous solution, 2-4 parts of a water-based defoaming agent, 2-3 parts of a water-based leveling agent and 1-2 parts of a water-based thickening agent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based three-proofing coating.
