The benzoxazine resin system comprises the following raw material components: a benzoxazine monomer, a thermosetting modifier, a diluent and inorganic filler particles, has the properties of low viscosity, high temperature resistance, ablation resistance and small contractibility, and is suitable for composite material molding as matrix resin. According to the preparation method of the benzoxazine resin system, by optimizing preparation conditions, the prepared benzoxazine resin system has excellent ablation resistance and good mechanical properties. The composite material prepared by the method for preparing the composite material has excellent compression strength, bending strength and interlaminar shear strength.
