The high-strength wear-resistant recycled asphalt mixture is prepared from a recycled old asphalt material, a new asphalt material, 3-hydroxy-5-phenyl-2-cyclohexene-1-ketone, 1-ethyl-2-methyl-5-cyanobenzimidazole, magnesium hydrogen sulfate, diethyl ether, a cross-linking agent, an initiator, tungsten disulfide, mineral powder and a regenerant, the invention further discloses the preparation method of the high-strength wear-resistant recycled asphalt mixture.
