Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a pipeline emergency equipment packaging device which comprises a box body, a tool rack, at least one aligning device, a rail rack, a tool cabinet, an opening device, a flexible rail, a tool box, a right-angle ruler rack, a right-angle ruler rack fixing bolt, an opening rack adjusting mechanism and an opening flattening device. The aligning device, the opening device, the flexible rail, the tool box, the opening frame adjusting mechanism and the opening flattening device are all installed in the tool frame, the rail frame is hinged to one side of the box body, the tool cabinet is installed on the other side of the interior of the box body, and the right-angle ruler frame and the right-angle ruler frame fixing bolt are both installed on the other side of the interior of the box body. The right-angle ruler frame fixing bolt is located below the right-angle ruler frame, the opening frame adjusting mechanism is connected with the opening device, the opening device is connected with the flex
