The charging and discharging adapter comprises an upper cover shell, a lower bottom shell and a charging and discharging cable; the upper cover shell and the lower bottom shell form a containing cavity, the containing cavity is provided with a control circuit board, one end of the charging and discharging cable is embedded into the containing cavity and electrically connected with the control circuit board, the upper cover shell is provided with a socket, the lower bottom shell is provided with a plug, the plug is telescopically arranged on the lower bottom shell, and the socket and the plug are electrically connected with the control circuit board.
