The principle that the electrowetting technology changes the surface hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity and accelerates internal flowing of liquid drops is utilized, the electrified electrowetting substrate is adsorbed to the back face of glass, a small amount of water is sprayed to the dirt surface through the dirt removing device, the electrowetting module is electrified and started, and meanwhile the fluctuation voltage is adjusted, so that the dirt removing effect is achieved. Large-area liquid drop groups or liquid film dynamic flow on the surface is achieved, meanwhile, internal flow is accelerated, and efficient cleaning of oil stains on the surface is achieved.
