Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a preparation method of an amorphous nano-enzyme for inducing a synergistic effect of cell apoptosis and ferroptosis. According to the method, ultrathin IrOx is deposited on the surface of an amorphous NiB alloy which is easier to prepare through an epitaxial growth method by utilizing the difference of electrochemical reduction potentials of NiCl2 and K2IrCl4, so that'replication 'of an atomic structure between the ultrathin IrOx and the amorphous NiB alloy is realized, and the required amorphous A-NiB-C-IrOx nano-enzyme is obtained through a one-step simple synthesis method.
