Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an ophthalmic preparation for enhancing corneal biomechanical properties. The ophthalmic preparation comprises triiodothyronine and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials. The invention also relates to an application of triiodothyronine in preparation of an ophthalmic preparation for enhancing corneal biomechanical properties. Besides, the invention relates to a preparation method of the ophthalmic preparation for enhancing the biomechanical property of the cornea, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the triiodothyronine powder with pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials to prepare the ophthalmic preparation.
