The smart park enterprise management platform based on the cloud computing technology can be logged in through a tourist account, a resident park enterprise account and a manager account. The smart park enterprise management platform based on the cloud computing technology comprises an enterprise management module and a park management module. According to the smart park enterprise management method based on the cloud computing technology, the smart park enterprise management method based on the cloud computing technology comprises the following steps: S1, building selling or renting; s2, building and warehouse authority transfer; s3, enterprise number application; and S4, paying the fees by the enterprise.
