The delivery route selection system comprises: a route attribute module, which is used for connecting business centers in an enterprise to obtain a series of attributes participating in a route decision, and supporting a plurality of sorting modes for defining value domains of the attributes; the attribute rule module is used for performing combined operation on one or more routing attributes through an expression engine; and the routing rule module is connected with the routing attribute module and the attribute rule module, and through configuring a splitting rule, an application rule, a warehouse selection rule and a scoring rule, each delivery order under different characteristics can obtain one or more delivery warehouses which most meet business demands, and delivery routing is completed. According to the method, personalized and automatic processing can be carried out when actual delivery warehouse selection
