The invention provides a shale movable oil quantity determination method and system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the micro-migration hydrocarbon amount of a target shale sample; obtaining a calculation model of the maximum movable oil quantity of the shale with respect to the micro-migration hydrocarbon quantity; and based on the micro-migration hydrocarbon amount of the target shale sample, determining the maximum movable oil amount of the target shale sample by using the calculation model of the shale maximum movable oil amount with respect to the micro-migration hydrocarbon amount.
