The method comprises the following steps: acquiring position, size and volume density data of a cubic TM to be researched; analyzing the grid file of the external quality source to obtain the vertex number and the coordinate of an initial grid unit; carrying out local grid encryption processing on the initial grid unit by using distance information between an external quality source and the TM and adopting a grid encryption method based on distance control; and calculating the gravitational force and gravitational gradient of the grid units subjected to local grid encryption processing on the TM so as to complete self-gravitational force simulation.
