The method comprises the following steps: drying and crushing sedum alfredii hance, municipal sludge and ardealite, mixing and calcining according to a mass ratio of 3: 1: 1, carrying out a heat-preservation reaction at a reaction temperature of 500-700 DEG C in an oxygen-enriched atmosphere, capturing and adsorbing typical heavy metals in the sedum alfredii hance by using mineral substances of the municipal sludge, and reinforcing the solidification of the heavy metals by mineral substances such as silicon and aluminum through phosphorus in the ardealite, so as to obtain the heavy metals in the sedum alfredii hance. The heavy metal can be more stably remained in the ash residue, and the environmental risk is reduced; the phosphorus-rich ash residue can be used as a fertilizer for secondary utilization |
