The invention provides a compound shale oil produced liquid demulsifier and a preparation method thereof. The demulsifying agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5 to 10 parts of poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, 1 to 5 parts of beta-mannase with the enzyme activity content of 500,000 U/g, 10 to 30 parts of phenolic aldehyde amine resin polyether, 10 to 30 parts of siloxane polyether, 10 to 50 parts of polyurethane of poly dipropyl alcohol and 30 to 50 parts of solvent.
