Antibacterial ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) alloy material and preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to an antibacterial ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) alloy material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The alloy material is prepared from ABS resin, PC (Polycarbonate) resin, fumed silica, EMA-GMA (Ethylene Methacrylate-Glycidyl Methacrylate), an organic antibacterial agent and an auxiliary agent, wherein the mass ratio of the sum of the mass of the ABS resin and the PC resin to the mass of the fumed silica to the EMA-GMA to the organic antibacterial agent is (70-110): (5-10): (4-6): (3-5), and the alloy material is applied to automotive upholsteries, large household appliance shells, small household appliance shells or mobile phones. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the EMA-GMA reacts with the fumed silica, so that the fumed silica is intensively distributed on the surface of a workpiece, and the organic antibacterial agent is effectively fixed, is prevented from being separated out and is distributed on the surface of the produ
