The invention provides a flexible networking system and method for a multi-stage cascaded omnidirectional microphone with a built-in loudspeaker. The system comprises a computer and equipment, each device comprises an audio processing module, a cascade data module, an interface, an array microphone and a loudspeaker; the cascade data module and the interface are used for transmitting the sound signal sent by the audio processing module to other equipment, and receiving sound data transmitted by other equipment and sending the sound data to the audio processing module; the array microphone is used for collecting sound of an external sound source and transmitting sound data to the audio processing module of the machine; and the loudspeaker is used for receiving and playing the audio data from the audio processing module.
