The method comprises the following steps: judging whether each class loaded by a Java virtual machine carries a special annotation or not; performing byte code enhancement on each method of the class with the special annotation by adopting a byte code enhancement tool, and regularly generating corresponding acquisition data; creating an analysis system, sending the collected data to the analysis system for processing, forming a call record file and storing the call record file; and downloading the calling record file, locally debugging according to the collected data of each method in the calling record file, and positioning a code fault point of the application system.
