On the basis of at least two free surfaces which are firstly formed on a tunnel face, cutting feed for cutting damage is carried out from a shearing surface of rock by utilizing gravitational potential energy of an ore body or surrounding rock, so that small gravels are generated when the tunnel face is cut, and blasting-free excavation is completed; and the falling gravity inertia of small gravels generated by cutting is small, the track is easy to control, subsequent consignment is facilitated, and the problems that the track is not easy to control and subsequent consignment is inconvenient due to the fact that the falling gravity inertia is large when the remaining rock mass is wholly broken by extrusion are solved. 本发明公
