The preparation method of the high-nitrogen-impurity graphene nanosheet comprises the following steps: S1, premixing raw materials including inorganic salt, a carbon-containing compound and a nitrogen-containing organic compound; s2, the premixed raw materials are subjected to high-temperature pyrolysis, the high-nitrogen-impurity graphene nanosheet with the overall material surface nitrogen atom content being about 3.5-8% is obtained, and the nitrogen atom structure of the high-nitrogen-content graphene material is mainly pyridine nitrogen, pyrrole nitrogen, graphitized nitrogen and aminated nitrogen.
