Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an execution device for power distribution equipment and a robot, the execution device comprises an execution mechanism, a first driving mechanism, a second driving mechanism and a third driving mechanism, the execution mechanism is used for operating a target position of the power distribution equipment, the first driving mechanism is used for driving the execution mechanism to reciprocate in the vertical direction, and the second driving mechanism is used for driving the execution mechanism to reciprocate in the vertical direction. The second driving mechanism is used for driving the executing mechanism to reciprocate in the first horizontal direction so that the distance between the executing mechanism and the target position can be decreased or increased, the third driving mechanism is used for driving the executing mechanism to reciprocate in the second horizontal direction, and the first horizontal direction is perpendicular to the second horizontal direction. The first driving m
