The research finds that the near-infrared probe CelTrac1000 can visualize the in-vivo activity of transplanted stem cells in real time through near-infrared imaging, non-invasive repeated imaging of the same group of animals is achieved, the fate of the transplanted cells is preliminarily revealed, and a powerful tool is provided for exploring the stem cell treatment mechanism and optimizing the cell therapy.
