Zusammenfassung:	A switching power supply device includes a DC/DC converter and a control unit. The DC/DC converter has an EFT and converts a supply voltage from the EDLC by turning on and off the FET. When power supply from the EDLC to the DC/DC converter is started, the control unit outputs a first PWM signal having a duty ratio gradually decreasing from 100% to the FET.
