Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for determining the content of six Strecker aldehydes in white spirit, in particular to a method for simultaneously determining six aldehydes components with low content but high aroma in the white spirit, namely n-propionaldehyde, 2-methylpropionaldehyde, 3-methylbutyraldehyde, 2-methylbutyraldehyde, benzaldehyde and phenylacetaldehyde through sample pretreatment, purging and trapping and a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology.
