In this case, a first rib portion (106a) and a second rib portion (106b) are formed at positions facing the first notch (104a) and the second notch (104b), respectively, so that oil discharged from the first notch (104a) and the second notch (104b) collides with the first rib portion (106a) and the second rib portion (106b), respectively, and oil flow changes in the direction of the rotation axis (CL).
