Fuel filtration system and method

The invention relates to a fuel filtration system and method. A fuel filtration and analysis system includes a fuel pump in fluid communication with a fuel tank, a filtration system in fluid communication with the fuel pump. The filtration system is configured to filter fuel flowing through the filtration system. The combustor is configured to receive a portion of the fuel and ignite the portion of the fuel to produce an exhaust gas after the fuel flows through the filtration system, and the gas analyzer is in communication with the combustor.
