Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an aluminum alloy workpiece electroplating method which comprises the following steps: performing high velocity oxy-fuel spraying on the surface of an aluminum alloy workpiece by adopting hydrogen as fuel gas, oxygen as combustion-supporting gas and nitrogen as powder feeding carrier gas, so that sprayed powder is sprayed out of a high velocity oxy-fuel spraying gun, and a middle coating is obtained on the surface of the aluminum alloy workpiece; and the surface of the aluminum alloy workpiece is electroplated, and an electroplated layer is obtained on the surface of the intermediate coating.
