According to the method provided by the invention, the sulfur content of the pretreated molten iron can be stabilized below 0.002% under the process of single spraying of granular magnesium, and the production rhythm of normal molten iron pretreatment is not occupied; by changing the slag phase composition, the desulfurization product is easy to remove, the desulfurization product has small residue after slagging-off treatment, and the content of sulfur element in the desulfurization slag is lower than the conventional content, so that the phenomenon of smelting resulfurization is solved. 本发明提供了一种铁水的冶炼方法,包括:依次进行翻铁、喷镁、扒渣。本发明提供的方法使预处理铁水在单喷颗粒镁的工艺下,能实现预处理后的铁水硫含量稳定在0.002%以下,且不占用正常铁水预处理的生产节奏;通过改变渣相组成使得脱硫产物容易去除,脱硫产物通过扒渣处理后残余小,且脱硫渣中硫元素含量低于常规含量,从而解决冶炼回硫现象。
