Molecules of the compound are similar to natural spider silk in shape and contain conformations such as helix, folding and random coil, polydihydric alcohol reacts with diisocyanate to generate a flexible chain, and the molecular conformation is the random coil; and the polypeptide PBLG is presented in a spiral and folded conformation and is used for improving the strength of the material.
