The automatic trimming method for the sealing rings comprises the steps that firstly, feeding preparation is conducted, specifically, a first rotating wheel and a second rotating wheel are separated, and the first rotating wheel and the second rotating wheel are close to a trimming platform; then feeding is conducted, specifically, a first rotating wheel or a second rotating wheel is sleeved with the sealing ring, the sealing ring is naturally and flatly placed on a trimming platform, then the first rotating wheel and the second rotating wheel are reset and matched to clamp the sealing ring, and a blade of a cutting assembly is attached to the flash connecting position of the sealing ring; then trimming is conducted, specifically, a first rotating wheel and a second rotating wheel are driven to rotate oppositely and drive the sealing ring to rotate, and a blade trims all positions of the sealing ring; and
