The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out reagent removal treatment on the sulfide concentrate by adopting a reagent removal agent, then, carrying out regrinding until the specified fineness is achieved, then, adding a passivating agent or an inactivating agent to passivate the surface of the non-gold and silver-loaded mineral, and finally, adding multiple flotation reagents to carry out flotation operation for multiple times, so that the high-grade gold and silver concentrate is separated from the sulfide concentrate.
