The method comprises the steps of data acquisition, point cloud data classification extraction based on normal estimation and road point cloud data plane fitting. According to the method, earth and rockfill dam surfaces are classified, and the made denaturation analysis conclusion is more appropriate and more layered; and meanwhile, the extracted road point cloud data realizes a plane fitting technology which is different from three-dimensional modeling, the formed plane is smoother, and the effect is excellent if the plane is matched with true colors. 本发明涉及一种土石坝表面点云分割和道路平面拟合方法和系统,该方法包括数据采集、基于法向估计的点云数据分类提取和道路点云数据平面拟合。本发明实现了将土石坝表面分类,做出的变性分析结论更加贴切,更有层次感;同时提取出的道路点云数据,实现了平面拟合技术,有别于三维建模,构成的平面更加光滑,如果搭配上真色彩,效果极佳。
