Comprising the following steps: step 1, establishing a finite element assembly model of the whole permanent magnet synchronous motor; 2, calculation load parameters are determined; 3, after the analysis model is established, solving calculation is conducted in finite element analysis software, the deformation difference value of the outer ring of the rotor core relative to the inner ring of the stator core is obtained, namely the change value of the air gap, and the collision and abrasion risk of the rotor and the stator is evaluated by summing the change value of the air gap with the total eccentricity and comparing the result with the designed air gap value; according to the method, the working state of the motor can be conveniently considered, the forecasting precision is improved, and the method is more reasonable.
