Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of petroleum and natural gas engineering, in particular to a dynamic and static rock mechanical parameter conversion method and device for an unconventional oil and gas block. The method comprises the steps that according to logging data of key wells of a target block, full-well-section dynamic rock mechanical parameters of each key well are determined; acquiring the depth of a main oil producing layer of the target block so as to acquire a plurality of core sample groups of each key well; determining static rock mechanical parameters in each core sample group in each coring direction according to mechanical experiment data of the standard core so as to determine an average value of the static rock mechanical parameters of each core sample group; determining a dynamic and static rock mechanical parameter conversion model according to the dynamic rock mechanical parameters and the average value; and converting the dynamic rock mechanical parameters of each rock core sample gr
