The method comprises the following steps: determining an interference level of a direct current grounding electrode on an oil-gas pipeline according to a direct current grounding electrode parameter, an oil-gas pipeline parameter and a soil parameter; and determining the optimal configuration parameters of the cathode protection power supply by adopting an adaptive control algorithm according to the number of the bidirectional output high-power cathode protection power supplies to be configured and the set target function and constraint condition of the cathode protection power supply optimal configuration.
