Zusammenfassung:The invention particularly discloses a copper-aluminum composite pole processing method which comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out molecular expansion welding on a copper plate and an aluminum plate at high temperature and high pressure to obtain a required copper-aluminum composite plate; s2, designing a shearing die based on the volume mass of the copper-aluminum composite pole column product, and punching and shearing the copper-aluminum composite plate to obtain a blank; s3, the blank is subjected to preliminary extrusion to obtain a preliminary stretching piece with a boss; s4, the preliminary stretching piece with the boss is extruded again to obtain a stretching piece with the raised boss; s5, the stretching piece with the raised boss is subjected to repeated re-extrusion, and a needed blank is obtained; and S6, the blank is subjected to turning finish machining, and a final copper-aluminum composite pole column product is obtained.
