Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a cell imaging method based on a multi-exposure image fusion technology, which comprises the following steps of: focusing an image, acquiring K fluorescence images under the same brightness or the same exposure time, sequentially converting the K fluorescence images from RGB (Red Green Blue) to HSV (Hue, Saturation and Value), and then taking an optimal hue H and saturation S channel image based on the maximum two-dimensional entropy of the image; fusing a brightness V channel image through a Laplacian pyramid; and finally, converting the newly synthesized HSV image into an RGB image.
