The lens comprises a substrate and a holographic film layer arranged on the substrate; forming a plurality of holographic lenses in the holographic film layer; the lens comprises a central visual field area, and the holographic lenses are discretely distributed on the periphery of the central visual field area and used for reflecting light rays which come from the user side and contain pattern information for correction, so that the light rays form convergent light rays, a plurality of discrete pattern virtual images for correction are formed on the front side of the retina of a user, and defocus stimulation is formed.
