Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a transmitting and receiving device of a laser radar. The transmitting and receiving device comprises a shell, a detection light collimation assembly, a dominant wave light scattering assembly, a light collection assembly and a light detection assembly. The detection light collimation assembly collimates and emits detection light to a scanning device of the laser radar. The dominant wave light scattering assembly scatters dominant wave light. The light collection assembly collects the echo light reflected by the scanning device and transmits the collected echo light to the light detection assembly. The light detection assembly receives the echo light transmitted by the light detection assembly and the dominant wave light scattered by the dominant wave light scattering assembly, and converts an optical signal into an electric signal.
