The invention relates to a plastic adhesive and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of adhesives, and the plastic adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of a modified PU prepolymer, 12-18 parts of a reinforced cross-linking agent, 6-10 parts of a chain extender, 4.5-5.8 parts of a coupling filler, 0.9-1.5 parts of a leveling agent and 0.26-0.32 part of an antioxidant. The modified PU prepolymer is formed by oligomerization of a fluorine-silicon-containing modified monomer and chain-like hexamethylene diisocyanate, so that the water resistance and organic solvent resistance of the adhesive film are improved, and the flexibility of a polymeric matrix is ensured; sulfur-containing and nitrogen-containing groups on molecules of the reinforced cross-linking agent have a chelation effect on a metal-based coupling filler, the reinforced cross-linking agent participates in polymerization to fix the coupling filler in a cross-linking network, and the a
