The air blowing unit (300) has a hollow structure and blows air from a plurality of injection ports (304) disposed on a first surface (302), and the air blowing unit (300) has a structure in which a gas inflow port (308) into which gas supplied from a gas supply source (320) flows is formed on a second surface (306) that intersects the first surface and is not provided with the injection ports.
