Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an upper and lower clamp driving device which comprises an upper clamp assembly, a lower clamp assembly, a left upper support, a right upper support, a left lower support and a right lower support, the left upper support is installed on one side of the upper clamp assembly, the right upper support is installed on the other side of the upper clamp assembly, and the right upper support corresponds to the left upper support; the lower clamp assembly is arranged on the lower portion of the upper clamp assembly, the lower left support is installed on one side of the lower clamp assembly, the lower right support is installed on the other side of the lower clamp assembly, and the power units are installed between the upper left support and the lower left support and between the upper right support and the lower right support. The power unit enables the upper clamp assembly and the lower clamp assembly to be close to or away from each other. The device has the advantages that the mechanical c
