The method comprises the following steps: firstly, selecting a plurality of CMOS cameras to form a multi-view vision unit with a common field of view; calculating an internal parameter matrix of each camera and an external parameter matrix between adjacent convergent cameras through checkerboard calibration; then collecting a target workpiece image, and calculating three-dimensional coordinates of workpiece surface feature points through the internal parameter matrix; constructing a linear equation set according to the property that the distances of the feature points in the world coordinate system and the camera coordinate system are equal, and solving the equation set by adopting a least square method; and finally, combining singular value decomposition to establish matrix representation of the centroid-removed feature points in a world coordinate system and a camera coordinate system, and reversely calculating a po
