Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an anti-cracking device and method with an embedded passive radio frequency noise suppressor, and discloses a radio frequency integrated circuit (RFIC) chip comprising an integrated circuit (IC) region and an anti-cracking device laterally surrounding the IC region. The anti-cracking device includes a metal barrier (or concentric metal barrier) that is electrically isolated from the IC region. One or more noise suppressors, particularly one or more passive filters (e.g., low-pass filters, high-pass filters, band-pass filters, and/or band-stop filters), are integrated into the structure of the metal barrier to suppress propagation of noise signals within a particular RF range through the anti-cracking device. The particular radio frequency range may be a customer-specified operating parameter.
