According to the invention, the problem that the measurement orientation of a measurement device in the prior art is inconvenient to adjust is solved. 本发明提供了一种测量装置，包括：基座；机体，设置在基座上，机体上设置有目镜和物镜；调节组件，设置在基座上并与机体连接，调节组件的至少部分相对于基座绕预定轴线可转动地设置，通过调节组件带动机体转动。本发明解决了现有技术中的测量装置不便于调节测量方位的问题。
