Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-speed contact and non-contact coupling curved surface measurement method and device. The method comprises the following steps: calibrating the position of a sensor unit; the control unit controls the driving unit to return the calibrated sensor unit to zero; the driving unit drives the contact type sensor to slowly move to be in contact with the to-be-tested piece and collect curved surface data; a laser displacement sensor is started to conduct non-contact scanning on the workpiece to collect data points; and according to the coordinate values of the contact type sensor and the laser displacement sensor at the beginning and in combination with the coordinate values of the contact type sensor and the laser displacement sensor after movement, a specific value measured by the sensor unit is obtained.
