The invention provides a wet curtain structure and a heat exchange system with the same. The wet curtain structure comprises a plurality of wet curtain pieces, and every two adjacent wet curtain pieces are arranged in a staggered mode to form an air flow channel so that air entering through the air flow channels can make contact with liquid attached to the wet curtain pieces and conduct heat exchange.
